Now on the occasion of the birthday of my son could not not make a cake.
I echo To decorate fondant two dogs. Inside has a black chocolate cream with cherries.
The cake is a normal and chocolate ganache cream is black: 400 g black chocolate (74% cacao) and 500 ml cream, plus a tablespoon of butter.
