for the filling: 500 ml heavy cream, 4 eggs 7 tablespoons sugar, 15 g gelatin neutral, or seasonal fruits in syrup
This pie " Diplomat "is composed of a simple cake (5 eggs, 5 tablespoons of sugar and 5 tablespoons of flour) and cream of cream.
cream cream:
- 4 eggs are laid in a double boiler with 7 tablespoons of sugar until thickened
